3. Event Cancellations:
   • If your event must be canceled due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., extreme weather, venue closure, force majeure events), you are eligible for a full reimbursement of your prepaid rental fees for restroom trailers and porta potties.
4. Venue Closure or Restrictions:
   • If a venue unexpectedly closes or imposes new restrictions (such as banning outdoor events) and renders your event unfeasible, you will be reimbursed for prepaid rental costs.

Documentation Requirements:
To process your claim, you will need to provide the following documentation:

• Travel Disruptions:
  • Proof of canceled flights (e.g., airline cancellation notice, email confirmation from the airline)
  • Confirmation of travel issues (e.g., travel agency notification or travel alerts)
• Medical Emergencies:
  • Medical documentation (e.g., doctor’s note or emergency room discharge papers)
• Event Cancellations:
  • Official notice from the venue or event organizer (e.g., event cancellation letter, closure notice)
• Venue Restrictions/Closures:
  • Written confirmation from the venue of the event cancellation or closure.

Review Period:
Once all necessary documentation is submitted, our team will review your claim and provide a response within 30 business days.

Coverage Limits

• Prepaid Rental Expenses:
  • Reimbursement is available for monies received of rental equipment and service
  • The coverage applies to all rentals related to your event, including additional services or add-ons such as handwashing stations, luxury trailers, or specialty services.
• Non-Transferable:
  • This protection plan is non-transferable and applies solely to the original event booking and the original purchaser.

Exclusions

To ensure the protection plan remains effective for unforeseen circumstances, there are certain exclusions:

1. Change of Personal Plans:
   • Reimbursement will not be provided if the event is canceled or modified due to personal preference or change of plans (e.g., a change in the event date or location by the client).
2. Known Issues at Time of Booking:

3. Third-Party Cancellations:
