Do you provide same day drop off and pickup
Yes, we can provide same day drop off and pick up for the portables (Porta Potties) if needed. Depending on the location of the required service.
When is payment due
A 50% Prepayment is required to reserve restroom trailers and the remaining balance is due the Tuesday before your event. Portables (Porta Potties) payment in full is due at time of reservation..
How are prices determined?
Prices are based on product, delivery distance and additional service needs.
Do you offer emergency services?
Yes, we offer emergency services based on availablity.
How do I contact customer service?

What day would you deliver and then pick up the portable (Porta Potties) toilets?
We typically deliver one to two days before your event and pickup the day after, or Next Business Day.
Do you have portables with AC units in them?
The restroom trailers have AC and heat while the Portables (Porta Potties) do not.
Do you have Portables with sinks?
We have an outdoor hand wash station available as an add-on for an additional cost. It comes with water and it is self-contained. However, the restroom trailers come with a sink inside the unit.
Do you have ADA handicapped portables ?
Yes, our ADA Handicapped Units meet all requirements for the American Disabilities Act. We also have ADA Restroom Trailers as a great upgrade option.
How much time in advance do I need to place my rental order?
For events, the sooner the better. Same day delivery for the Portables (porta potties) is sometimes not available and requires an additional fee. We also provide Emergency Services on a case by case basis.
What type of power will I need for a Restroom Trailer
We require at least 1 circuit of 110v at 20 amps, if you would like heat than we would need more than one circuit. This is a standard household plug (like the plug for your tv in your house).
We also offer 25 kva Whisper Watt Generators that can power our Restroom Trailers. In Fact, the 25 kva Generator will power your entire party with one source. (i.e. Cook tent, Band,DJ, lighting, Heaters, etc.) Our Gnerators are very robust and provide up to 16 individual circuits to power your event. See our power section for more information.
Do Restroom Trailers require a water source?
Our restrooms are designed to function properly with a residential garden hose. However, it is not required, we can provide a water source at no charge.
Are toiletries included
All restrooms arrive fully stocked: soap, papertowels, and toilet paper.
Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?
Not needed. Our techs will follow your instructions carefully for delivery. Having someone from your company / event on site during delivery is useful, assistnace from you on your desired location and orrintation of a Restroom Trailer deployment is helpful.
Can I speak to someone 24/7 if there's a problem?
We are ready to assist around the clock in the event that an issue should come up.
How long can I keep the Restroom Trailer?
Rentals can begin from hourly to permanent deployment.
Do you guarantee on-time delivery and pickup?
We guarantee that all Restroom Trailers are delivered on /within your deadline.
Do you have ADA handicapped Restroom Trailers?
Yes, we offer many layouts to meet your company/ event needs; ADA Single, ADA +2 Standard Suites, ADA +3 Standard Suites and ADA + 4 Standard Suites
Do the Restroom Trailers have AC/ Heat?
Yes, all of our Restroom Trailers come with AC/ Heat.
What is Event Protection?
Event Protection is our program that provides a pice of mind in the event that you need to cancel your Rentals. Acts of God such as bad weather, natural disasters such as floods,hurricanes, virus outbreaks, etc. Event protection wiould also cover you for other unforseen circumstances. Event Protection would refund monies rendered for equipment for your event rented from Carolina Restroom.
